APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO REAL PROPERTY DEDICATION AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
Description
On September 20, 2016 the Board approved a Real Property Dedication Agreement with Manasota Beach Ranchlands, LLLP in which the Board was to receive a parcel of approximately 60 acres of fronting on West Villages Parkway in exchange for educational system impact credit fees of $3,650,000. These documents further that Agreement by formally transferring a deed to the property of the Board and amends the Agreement to formally transfer the impact fee credit to Manasota.
Recommendation
That the School Board approve the First Amendment to Real Property Dedication Agreement and accept the Special Warranty Deed from West Villages Improvement District as presented.
